BJ Mumford is a basketball player development coach currently working toward a sport science degree. BJ has studied yoga as a method of personal development and mental focus as well as a tool for developing flexibility and body awareness for himself and athletes of all ages. BJ and his wife Joslyn just celebrated the 1 year anniversary of their move to NH as part of the FSP, and are enjoying their new life as part of the Freecoast community.
