In the wild, key survival priorities include staying hydrated, signaling your rescuers, and maintaining your body heat. There is one element that can help you with all three: fire. In this hands-on workshop (Part 2 of a 3 part series), we will explore and experience a range of fire making techniques from the prehistoric to the modern. You will have the opportunity to try most of these methods and experience the steps necessary for successful fire building.
