Like the War on Drugs, criminalization of sex work has led to a thriving black market. Through the interference of government, not only are voluntary sex workers unfairly targeted, but conditions for victims of human trafficking worsen. By utilizing academic data and libertarian philosophy, legalizing sex work becomes the only clear choice.
