Michelle Newby is a Policy and Research Analyst with the Charles Koch Institute, where she works on U.S. foreign policy. She previously worked as a Legislative Researcher/Writer at the Cato Institute, working on projects related to improving the transparency of Congressional legislation. She earned her M.A. in International Relations at the University of Chicago and has a B.A. in Political Science and History from Emory University.
