Krista Ellis Argiropolis is a Member of the Alton School Board and Prospect Mountain School Board, 2010-16, serving as Chair for three years, and Vice Chair for two years. She also served on the Alton Budget Committee 2010-14. The Alton School Board voted against Common Core in 2013, raising awareness of local control in NH.

Krista is a public education advocate, special education advocate, and helps parents exercise their right to refuse the state standardized tests for their students. She is a member of Parents Across America, and a registered Independent. She lives in Alton, NH with her husband and two children, and is a small business owner.
