Mark Warden is a Free State Project participant and early mover. He has been in the real estate business for 20 years as an agent, investor, and landlord. Mark formed “Team Porcupine Real Estate” in 2009, serving residential and commercial real estate clients, particularly libertarians, AnCaps, and Free State Project participants.

Active politically, Mark served four terms in the New Hampshire legislature. He sponsored a number of bills to expand personal freedom and help small businesses, including legislation that cleared the way for the popular nano-brewery industry in New Hampshire.

Mark serves as a volunteer ambassador for the Free State Project, is a former director of New Hampshire Liberty Alliance, and works actively on identifying, recruiting, and training pro-liberty candidates to run for office. His firm also facilitates rent property acquisitions for investors.
